He is survived by: his wife Cynthia O'Donnell (Castro); his children, Jessica Erin Carter (O'Donnell) of Leesburg, GA, Devin Eric O'Donnell of Buckhead, GA and Nolan Francis O'Donnell of Warner Robins, GA; his grandson Eli Jason Carter of Leesburg, GA.; and his siblings, Kim Eno of Massachusetts, Billy O'Donnell (Wanda) of Massachusetts, Sherry O'Donnell of Massachusetts and Jada Cross (Ty) of Florida.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Andersonville National Cemetery (496 Cemetery Road, Andersonville, GA 31711).
In lieu of flowers the family respectively asks for donations to be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church 300 South Davis Dr. Warner Robins, Ga 31088 or to Wounded Warrior Project PO Box 758517 Topeka, Kansas 66675.
