He was predeceased by: his parents, Bartow Kinsey and Mary Kinsey; and his son Robert A. Kinsey Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kinsey; his son Richard Kinsey; his daughter-in-law Angela Yates; his granddaughters, Stephanie Kinsey, Paige Kinsey Story and Jenna Kinsey; and his great grandchild Sophia Kinsey Story of Warner Robins.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the McCullough Funeral Home (417 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088).
