He was predeceased by: his mother Melva Watkins; his stepmother Emma Watkins; and his siblings, Russell Watkins, Ray Watkins and Dixie Watkins.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Watkins; his children, Charlene Elliott and Russell Watkins (Mary); his grandchildren, Miranda Watkins, Bradley Elliott (Morgan) and Brittany Elliott (Jason); his brother Fred Watkins; his brother-in-law Edwin Butch Snyder (Betty); his nieces, Annette Wielock, Michelle Walters, Ann Kriebel and Dawn Watkins-Balczon; his nephew Jim Watkins; and also, Bob, Joann Kovarovic and John Parnham. He is also survived by friends and family.
