It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susie Stringer Cheek (Warner Robins, Georgia), who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Neville Stringer and Allie Mae Blankenship Stringer; her husband Jesse Dean Cheek; and her daughter Nannette C. Soles. She is survived by: her daughters, DeAnne C Peck (Michael) and Nadine Cheek; her son-in-law Gene Soles; her sister-in-law Ellen C. Buice (David); her grandchildren, Jennifer Peck, Jameson Peck (Ashley), Theresa Jurgensen (Chris Jackson) and J. Jurgensen; and her great grandchild Landon Peck.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McCullough Funeral Home (417 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Zion Hill Baptist Church (3390 S Puckett Rd, Buford, GA 30519).
