She was predeceased by: her father Ernest R. Pubanz; and her brother Craig Pubanz. She is survived by: her mother Betty Pubanz (Newberry); her children, Drew Jones and Mandi Jones; her grandchildren, Lexi Anne Ellis and Grayson Jones; her siblings, Tina Carter and Ed Pubanz; her cousin Melissa Ammons (Jeremy); and her sister-in-law Lisa Pubanz McDearmid (Mike). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
