He is survived by: his children, Sharnell Joyner Gillum (Paul) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Denise Joyner Hughes of Wichita Falls, TX, Pat Joyner (Bernie) of Tyrone, GA and Carol Barker Murphy of Warner Robins, GA; and his grandchildren, Ginger Williams (Derrick), Matthew Joyner (Amy), Kimberly Nolan (Matt), Eric Young and Shannon Thames (Sam).
