He is survived by: his children, Clarence Keith Potts and Kristi Carter Sell (John); his brother Preston Carter (Daisy); his grandchildren, Chris Cooper (Crystal), Kim Morgan (Scott), Jason Carter, Katrina Carter, Shaina Potts, Taylor Reynolds (Davis) and Jordan Butts (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Alex, Jonah, Caleb, Kennedy, Cooper, Dylan, Elliot, Granger and August.
