He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jackson Chafin; his sons, Terry Chafin and Tim Cameron Chafin (William Broderick); his sister Mary Smith; his daughter-in-law Patti Chafin (Bonaire); and his grandchildren, Kaley Chafin, Kathleen, Kyle Chafin and Warner Robins. He is also survived by many extended family members and countless friends.
