Though Tokyo has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She is survived by: her children, Shantavia Rutledge, Angelica Holley, Michael Freeman and Jalen Rutledge; her mother Gladys Densley; her siblings, Timothy Smith, Dana Shealy and Sharon Smith; and her niece Erika Johnson. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
