He was predeceased by : his parents, Troy Blevins and Lena Blevins; the mother of his children Patricia Blevins; his wife Wilma Jean Blevins; his children, Leslie Blevins and Shawn Blevins; and his siblings, Amelia Jones, Sammy Blevins and Allen Blevins.
He is survived by : his children, Tammy Faux (Rod) of Kathleen and Troy "Tiger" Blevins, Jr. of Fort Valley; his grandchildren, Taylor Crane (Grant), Dusty Blevins and Dylan Blevins; and his siblings, Marci Keith of Decatur, AL, Jack Blevins (Rhonda) of Decatur, AL and Jerry Blevins (Jane) of Decatur, AL.
