He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry C. Grimmett and Pearl Fox Grimmett; and his daughter Teresa G. Jones. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Grimmett of Kathleen; his daughter Cheryl A. Brooks (Leroy) of Kathleen; his son-in-law William T. Jones III of Perry; his grandchildren, Leeo Brooks, Tyler, Emily Brooks, Nathan, Victoria Garren, Miranda, Scott Helms, Ashton Kate and Jonathan Harding; his great grandchildren, Andrew Helms, Rylee, Charlie Ann, Lexi Brooks, Anna Garren, Roger, Henry and David Whitley; his brother Robert Bennett; and his sister-in-law Josey West of Macon.
