He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Carnell Boggs Sr. and LaRita Ellen Smith Boggs; his former wife Sarah Adeline Boggs; his brother Cecil Carnell Boggs, Jr.; his wife Pamela Diane Boggs; his children, William Lee Boggs (Joy), Melissa Kirksey (Bill) and Jeremy Austin Boggs (Hannah); his grandchildren, Tyler Austin Cole Boggs (Olivia), Abigail Leigh Boggs, Joshua Lee Boggs, Gabriel Lee Boggs and Cecil Jackson Lee Boggs; his great grandchildren, Adeline Ray Boggs and Scarlett Lynn Boggs; his brothers, Paul Lance Boggs (Heather) and Kevin Wayne Boggs (Theresa); and his sister-in-law Jeanie Boggs. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harvest Church (3322 US Hwy 41, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A memorial service was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
