He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Johns O'Herron; his son William J. O'Herron; his stepdaughter Kimberly Phelps; his stepgrandson Anthony Phelps; and his sisters, Nancy Ann Claudio, Sandra Trusdale and Mary Edwards.
