He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Riley and Elizabeth Kopel Riley; his wife Mary Pauline Skaggs Riley; and his brothers, Bob Riley and Leo Riley.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Davis (Jim) of Chattanooga, Debbie Tisckos (Jeff) of Williamsville, Bill Riley, Jr. of Marietta, Patricia Shain (David) of Bonaire and T. J. Riley (Ashley) of Canton, Georgia; his grandchildren, Jessica Throneburg (Andrew), Kyle Tisckos, David Shain (Bailey), Brian Shain (Monica), Laura Tisckos and Nicholas Tisckos; and his siblings, Joanne Schneider, Joe Riley, John Riley, Jim Riley, Mary Van Horn and Elaine White.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McCullough Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Parkway Memorial Gardens (720 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31093).
