He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Kitchens and Elizabeth Ratliff Kitchens; his son Dwayne Kitchens; his stepson Bobby Nolan; his sister Peggy Sandford; and his pet Haley.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kitchens; his children, Chad "Lee" Kitchens (Lisa), Kenneth Kitchens, Wayne Kitchens, Mandey Phillips and Lanna Mallette; and his grandchildren, Jacob Kitchens, Cierra Huckeba, Kamrynn McElmurray, Aaron Kitchens, Brandon Kitchens, Ryan Kitchens, Coty Kitchens, Michael Kitchens, Justin Bryant, Ashley Kitchens, Dalton Inglett, Amber Summerday, Aiden McAtee, Cory Mallette, Abby Mallette, Caleb Phillips, Dylan Phillips, Nick Walls and Cole Walls.
