He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne; his parents, Clifford Eugene Epps, Sr. and Evelyn Beatrice King Epps; his children, Diane and Anthony Thomas "Tony" Epps; his foster son Larry Langston; his brothers, Ray and Pete Epps; his grandparents, Essie Dyer King, Sallie Jones Epps, Willie Carlton King and Charles Thomas Epps; and his hunting buddy Bobby Brewer.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherri Jackson (Steve); his grandchildren, April Lynn Merritt (Daniel), Jessica Lynn Epps, Charles Langston, Barbara Jean Collins, Sara Jean Epps and Abigail Marie Epps; and his great grandchild Dustin Wayne Merritt.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar McCullough Funeral Home (417 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar Antioch Baptist Church (7507 Old Gordon Rd, Dry Branch, GA 31020).
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Willie Thomas "Tommy" Epps to Antioch Baptist Cemetery Fund, at 7507 Old Gordon Rd, Dry Branch, Georgia 31020.
