She was predeceased by : her husband David Charles of Washington; her parents, Buford Lamar Sheppard and Martha Brown Sheppard; and her siblings, Dean McCook, Angela Sheppard Gray, Regina of Washington and Joseph Lamar Sheppard.

She is survived by : her daughter Brandi Leigh Hopson of Thomson; her sisters, Brenda Anglin (Jerry) of Thomaston and Sharon Sheppard of Gibson; and her pets, Jasper and Sporty.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a humane society of ones choice.
