He was predeceased by : his parents, William Frank Butler, Sr. and Nellie Ruth Smith Butler. He is survived by : his wife Dianne Lampp Butler; his children, William Perry Butler, Jr. (Denise) of Augusta, Tonya Shaw (Adrien) of Graniteville and Brandi Spiva (Chad) of McDonough; his siblings, Danny Butler (Darlene) of Oxford and Nita Mosteller (Bud) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Austin Shaw, Brennon Shaw, Abby Shaw, Chandler Butler, Tyler Butler and Jaina Spiva; and his great grandchildren, Amelia Folan, Noah Folan and Bleighton Shaw.
