He is survived by: his wife Mazie Spinks; his daughters, Tamera Fraley (Keith) and Minister LaShanna Kitchens (Pastor Jamie); and his siblings, Patria T. Cooper, Roger Spinks, Sr. (Janice), Tommy L. Spinks (Natascha) and Marvin Spinks (Salome). He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
