He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Lee Burgamy and Clara Bernice Sheppard Burgamy; his son Marshall Lyman Burgamy Jr.; and his sister Carole Margaret Burgamy Brown. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Purvis Burgamy; his daughter Rhonda Angelique Burgamy of Warthen; and his siblings, Cheryl Belle Burgamy of Warthen and Barry Lee Burgamy (Linda) of Charleston, S. C..
