She was predeceased by: her parents, George Holmes and Madeline "Jean" Gilliam Holmes; and her brother Thomas "Tommy" Holmes. She is survived by: her husband J. T. Blackwell of Warwick; her son Tripp Blackwell (Niki); her granddaughter Scottie (Foster); her brother George Holmes (Judy) of Cordele; and her aunt Freddie Gilliam of Cordele. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
