She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Jessie Wilkerson and Clarence L. Boyd; her sister Emily Boyd Lowe; her husband Stephen E. Blackmon; her brother Clarence L. Boyd, Jr. (Samantha) of Garner, NC; and her grandchildren, Richard Blackmon Johnson (Sarah), Kimberly J. Bolton, Leah B. Foster (Kirk), Bradley M. Blackmon (Summer), Jonathan A. Demery (Amber), Benjamin B. Blackmon (Stefani), Anna B. Burnet (Derek) and Julia B. Church (Dylan).
