Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Washington First Methodist Church (102 W Liberty St, Washington, GA 30673). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens (2235 Washington Rd, Thomson, GA 30824).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Washington First Methodist Church or Bristol Hospice in honor of Jack's life and legacy.
