He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert O. Poplin, Jr. and Lillian Tucker Poplin. He is survived by : his wife Kay Hardy Poplin of Washington; his brother Robert O. Poplin III (Randi) of Post Falls, Idaho; his niece Beth Poplin (Tim Higgins) of Mt. Airy, N. C.; and his nephew Bert Poplin (Dena Reynolds) of Richmond.
