She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Blackmon and Norma Alice Blackmon (Martin); her husband Robert W. Wallace (Robert); her son William Robert "Billy" Wallace; her brothers, James H. Blackmon Jr., Stephen Elisha Blackmon Sr. and Dr. Dilmas M. Blackmon; and her stepmother Agnes Harris Blackmon.

She is survived by: her son Theron Asbury Wallace (Frankie) of Conyers; her daughter-in-law Connie T. Wallace of Washington; her granddaughters, Jamey A. Williamson, Ginny Wallace Cantrell and Margaret Anne "Mollie" Wallace; her great grandchild Dylan Wallace; and her brother E. Harris Blackmon (Glenda) of Washington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
