Adams of Washington; his sister Amy Adams (Dee Dee) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Olivia Sanchez, Lucy Sanchez, Sloan Sanchez and Easton Cole Adams; his niece Hayden Zumbro; and his nephew David Zumbro, Jr..
