He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Phillips and Mary Lou Phillips; and his sister Jacqueline Pharris. He is survived by: his wife Beth Phillips; his daughter Mary Beth Jackson (Evan); his grandsons, Teddy and Benny; his son Thomas Phillips II (Alora); his grandson Lincoln; and his sister Melanie Foley (Mark). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
