She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl A. Kitchens and Sarah L. Patton Kitchens; her husband James Neal Bell; and her daughter Sarah C. K. Bell. She is survived by: her children, Lacey Paul (Derek), Lisa Bell, Marian Bell (Martie Purser) and Jay Bell (Charlsie); her grandchildren, Dusty Peppers, Breanna Peppers, Kirsten Jackson, Heath Paul, Anna Kate Bell and Reagan Bell; and her siblings, Mike Kitchens (Carol), Deborah Geeter (Dwight) and Pam Looney.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oconee Memorial Park (2370 Hwy 53, Watkinsville, GA 30677).
