It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Baldwin Dowd of Watkinsville, Georgia, born in Glen Head, New York, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James T. Baldwin and Marie Heck Baldwin. She is survived by : her husband John Francis Dowd; her cousins, George C. Heck (Anne), Elise, Jessica and Lily Knight; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Dowd and James Dowd.
