He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rudolph Smith and Ethyl Bradley Smith; and his siblings, Mary Smith Crowder and Rudy Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Smith (Brandy), Jeremy Smith (Diana), Jason Smith, Jordan Smith and Michael Crowder; and his granddaughter Anagail Smith.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 1240 Greensboro Hwy, Watkinsville, GA 30677.
