It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Rivera of Watkinsville, Georgia, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Celso Rivera; her parents, Pablo Martinez and Justina Torres; and her granddaughter Jeanine Mauro. She is survived by : her children, Nellie Baer (David), Robert Rivera, Nelson Rivera (Deborah) and Samuel Rivera (Sheila); her grandchildren, Neil Rivera (Alexandria), Wesley Rivera (Kelsey), Andrew Whitehead (Jessica), Meredith Fowler (TJ), James Mauro, Nicole Garcia (Obed), Julie Souther (Tim), Christopher Rivera, Zac Rivera and Laverne Jones; and her sisters, Irma Leguillow, Aida Santos (Meraldo) and Maria Rosa. She is also survived by Eighteen great-grandchildren.
