She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Troy Chandler Whitworth and Pearl Gunnells Whitworth; and her husband Robert F. Eubank. She is survived by: her sister Joann Whitworth Dean (Byron D. Dean); her grandchildren, Jonathan Seymour, Daniel Seymour (Beth Forrest Seymour) and Megan Singleton (Nate Boule); her great grandchildren, Virginia Seymour (Joseph Zeringue) and Caden Strother (Stephanie Brena); Dominick, Gabriel of Rachel's Great Great Grandchildren and Marco.
The family would ask that in lieu of flowers, any and all memorial gifts and donations be made to Mars Hill Baptist Church, P.O.Box 289, Watkinsville, GA 30677 in memory of Rachel W. Eubank.
