We are sad to announce that, on July 15, 2022, at the age of 78, Randy Otis Phillips of Watkinsville, Georgia, born in Bishop, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, S. Otis Phillips and Margie Phillips. He is survived by: his son Ronald Phillips (Christie); his close friend Sandi Corcoran; his grandchildren, Ryan Phillips (Laura), Dustin Phillips (Rachel) and Dylan Phillips (Madison); his great grandchildren, Cruz Phillips, Dax Phillips, Addison Phillips, Josie Phillips and Tate Phillips; and his aunt Sarah McElroy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oconee County Little League Baseball or Oconee County FFA.
