She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Gwaltney and Donnie Gwaltney; her husband Billy Edward McCarty; and her brother Nathaniel Rogers. She is survived by: her daughters, Sarina McClain (Chris) and Christy Pass (James); her grandsons, Dylan White and Pete Craft; and her siblings, Patricia Rogers, Valerie Bennett and A. J. Gwaltney.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes (1211 Jimmy Daniel Rd, Watkinsville, GA 30677). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
