She was predeceased by : her parents, Austin Owens and Mollie Pruett Owens; her husband Horace Arthur; and her sister Joanne Roach. She is survived by : her children, Wanda Arthur of Watkinsville, Georgia, Beverly Barrett of Bishop, Georgia, Jeff Arthur of Brookhaven, Georgia, Gary Arthur of Bogart, Georgia and Teresa Byrd (Bill) of Watkinsville, Georgia; and her sister Maureen Patton of Watkinsville. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
