She was predeceased by: her parents, Marguerite Willis Whitehead and Thomas Willis; and her son Adrian Willis. She is survived by: her son Ashford Leonard (Nyesha); her grandchildren, Arionne, Samiya and Kelci; and her siblings, Marilyn Smith (Willie Fred), Terrie Fitzpatrick, Troy Willis (Brenda), Kandis Willis and Carlyn Willis. She is also survived by extended family, friends.
