He is survived by: his spouse Lauren King Dimitri; his children, Cayden Anthony and Carrington Elizabeth; his mother Jean Dimitri-Walburg; his stepfather Don Walburg; his brother John; his sister-in-law Sarah; his nephews, Will and Luke; his niece Anna Claire; his in-laws, Garry and Debbie King; and his stepsiblings, Brittany Guthrie (Ryan), Lindsay Summerlin (Ashley) and Blake Walburg.
