With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wendy Shaukat of Waverly Hall, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 16, 2026 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thaddeus Micek and Ruby Marcelle Thompson Micek; and her husband Syed Zubair Shaukat. She is survived by: her children, Jamal Shaukat (Megan) of Waverly Hall, GA, Naureen Smith (Christopher) of Valdosta, GA and Gabriel Shaukat (Cindy Lin) of San Ramon, CA; her siblings, Pam Schneider (Hank) of Arlington Heights, IL and Michael Micek (Tena) of Sedalia, MO; and her grandchildren, Ali Blackburn, Addison Shaukat, Kalev Shaukat, Brantley Smith and Jacob Shaukat.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her honor.
