He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Cady and Verdie Wilson Cady; his wife Vannie Dubose Cady; his children, Albert Cady, Jr. and Deborah Waters; and his siblings, James Cady, Alton Cady and Evone Welch.
He is survived by: his children, Freida Byrd of Waycross, Marie Musgrove (JV) of Waycross, Carolyn Heaton of Waycross, John H. Cady (Tina) of Waycross and Michael Wayne Cady (Chrystal) of Waycross. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Miles-Odum Funeral Home and Crematory (130 Screven Ave, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
