She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Manning and Zoie Peacock Manning; her husband James Carswell Fraley; her daughter Karen Fraley Peace; and her siblings, Roxie Riggins, Waunell Sapp, Maudelle Crosby, Jeanette McQuaig, Estes Manning and Charles Manning.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jamie Segear of St. Marys and Cheryl Johnson (David) of Jesup; her son-in-law Bobby Peace of Waycross; and her grandchildren, Heather Dickerson (Brent), John Segear, James Segear, Brandice Johnson and Ethan Johnson. She is also survived by great grandchild on the way, and numerous nieces, nephews.
