He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lee Quirk and Annie Mae Quirk. He is survived by: his wife Reba Quirk of Waycross; his children, Rebecca Bennett of Jacksonville, Debra Johnson (Sammy) of Fernandina Beach, Florida and Thomas Wade Quirk (Kelli); and his grandchildren, Seth Willyoung (Rachel), Madison Strickland (Zach), Drew Bennett, Emma Johnson, Eli Johnson, Ethan Johnson, Kayli Fletcher (Clay), Will Quirk (Isabell) and Bailey Quirk. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
