She was predeceased by: her parents, W. R. "Cul" Culpepper and Elver Lee; and her brothers, Stump, Chip and Charlie Culpepper.
She is survived by: her children, Carmon Rouse of Waycross, Jason Rouse (Amy) of Waycross, Clint Rouse (Carrie) of Pooler and Brent Rouse (Jennifer) of Nevils; her grandchildren, Bethany, Kayla, Hannah, Hailey, Kelby, Colby and Blakely; her great grandchildren, J. B., JoJo and Westin; and her siblings, Knot Culpepper of Brantley County and Tina Tillman of Waycross. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Music Funeral Home (1503 Tebeau St, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
