He was predeceased by: his parents, Ester Lee Taylor and Grace Westberry Taylor; his wife Lula Bell Thrift Taylor; his granddaughter Amy Herrin; and his siblings, Ruby Taylor and Buddy Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Janice Taylor (David Grant) of Waycross and Stacy Leonard Taylor of Waycross; his grandchildren, Colby Taylor, Cheyenne Taylor, Garrett Taylor, Lane Taylor and Sarah Jane Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Braylynn Sager, Kaybree Melton, Kain Sager, Jr. and Harley Fuller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
