With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlie Daniel Owen of Waycross, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Roosevelt Owen and Frances Hupp Owen; his former wife Milbra Owen; his wife Billie Owen; and his brother Eugene Owen.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara Moore of Waycross; his sons, Phillip Owen (Sandy) of Brunswick and Timmy Owen of Florida; and his stepchildren, Ronnie Hullett (Kandace), Bobby Hullett, Terry Hullett and Maxine Hullett.
