He is survived by: his children, Catherine Olson of Norcross, Matthew Yarbrough of Waycross and Susan Garner (Taylor) of Casselberry, FL.; his grandchildren, Abigail Yarbrough, Emily Yarbrough, Eloise Garner and Jack Garner; his sister Margaret McCranie (Slade) of Morven; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Yarbrough of Chapin, SC and Karen Seibold of LaRue, TX..
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Miles Odum Funeral Home Chapel (130 Screven Ave, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Brushy Creek Primitive Baptist Church (3855 Needham Rd, Waycross, GA 31503).
