He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Sam Worth, Sr. and Mammie Bell Snipes Worth; his son Paul Worth; his siblings, Mary Lizzie Merritt (Oscar), Doris Carver (Buster), Alvie Tino (Vernon Myers), Ranzy Worth (Amy) and Buddy Worth (Latrelle); and his sister-in-law Hazeline Worth.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Thomas Worth of Waycross; his daughter-in-law Susan Worth of Quitman; his siblings, Robert Lee Worth of Douglas and Lavone Kirkland (Ronald) of Jacksonville, FL; and his sister-in-law Ruth Thomas of Waycross. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
