He was predeceased by: his parents, William Murphy Aycock and Margaret Grice Aycock; his wife Freida Bryson Aycock; and his siblings, Mae Hendrix, June Crews, Katie Gibbs, Nettie Ammons, Ruby Johnson and Billy Aycock.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Stringer (Randy) of Waycross, Sheila Aldridge (Mike) of Blackshear and Teresa O'Neal (Don) of Kingsland; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Stringer (Holly), Jessica Wilson (Chad), Eric Aldridge (Kisha), Justin Aldridge, Brittany Mason (Ryan) and Marianne Burns (Ellis). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
