Gary Carr Obituary

We announce the death of Gary Carr of Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on August 10, 2026, at the age of 75. Gary will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert Carr, Sr. and Dorothy Dykes Carr; and his siblings, Abbilene Carr and Mildred Hill. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Marsh of Waycross; his children, Scott Carr (Carrie) of Eastman, Amy Kerrigan (AJ) of San Diego and Megan Carr (Keith) of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Brandon Roland, Abbi Carr, Cambrian Fleck and Michael Sims; his siblings, John Carr, Jr. (Janice), Gail Ford (WC), Yvonne Brown (late Mitchell) and David Carr (Beth); and his friend Tommy Veague. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
