Jacqulyn L. Thomas Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqulyn L. Thomas (Waycross, Georgia), who passed away on October 31, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Jessie Ratliff and Gladys Sweat Ratliff; her former husband William Clifton "W. C." Thomas; her husband Burldean Jackson Carver; and her sister Linda Taylor (Frank).

She is survived by: her sons, William Eugene "Gene" Thomas (late Jeannie) of Bickley and Timothy Ray "Tim" Thomas of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Jacqulyn Hope Thomas, Lindsay Deanna Thomas and William Clifton "Cliff" Thomas; and her siblings, Joe Ratliff (late Elizabeth), Ruby White (late Mel), Troy Ratliff (Lynda), Kaye Johnson (Jimmy) and Denver Ratliff (Diane). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
