He is survived by: his children, Sharon Burkhardt Lyerly of New York, NY, Bill (Jessica Burkhardt) and Jim (Melanie Burkhardt); his siblings, Mary Bennett of Kentucky, Linda Lampkins of Kentucky and Rev. Bill Burkhardt (Brenda) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Jimmy Burkhardt (Melanie), Kenny Burkhardt, Michael Burkhardt, Mariam Burkhardt, Chandler Burkhardt (Reiley), Jaylyn Mincey and Jordan Treakle; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Chancey, Sadie Chancey and Adilynn Burkhardt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
